Service Description
A free 15-minute Zoom or phone call where we’ll chat about your goals, challenges, and what you’re looking for in a coach. It’s a no-pressure chance to ask questions, get clarity, and see if we’d be a good fit to work together on your health and fitness journey.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to train with me! Here’s a quick overview to help your sessions run smoothly: Booking: All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Getting Started and Baseline Sessions can be booked online; all other sessions or packages are scheduled directly with me via text, email, or during a previous session. Cancellations: Please give 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. Arrivals: Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may count as a no-show. Payments: Payments are accepted via website, Venmo, or cash. Packages are valid for 30 days. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Communication & Safety: Please inform me of any health concerns or changes. Open communication helps me keep you safe and support your goals.
