Booking & Scheduling

All sessions must be booked in advance.

Getting Started Call and Baseline Session can be booked online.

Package sessions are scheduled directly through me via text, email, or during a previous session.
Payments & Refunds

Payments accepted via website, Venmo, check or cash.

Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Any exceptions will be clearly communicated.

Recurring plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Cancellations & No-Shows

12-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full.

Sessions start and end at the scheduled time; arrivals 15+ minutes late may be a no-show.
Health & Safety

You must be cleared by a licensed medical professional/physical therapist.

Exercise carries risk; participation is voluntary.
Liability Waiver

A signed Liability Waiver & Release is required before training.
