Meet Ashley

Certified Fitness Trainer and Movement Specialist

Hi, I’m Ashley, founder of The Core Collective.

My background is in dance, where I trained for 18 years and learned the discipline, balance, and body awareness that continue to shape how I coach today.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, MBSC Thrive Coach, and Nutrition Coach. My goal is to help you build strength, prevent injury, and move with confidence while supporting your overall health and wellness.

My Story

For most of my life, movement meant dance. 18 years in the studio gave me discipline, balance, and joy, but it also left me with injuries that forced me to step back. Through physical therapy, I discovered strength training, and what started as recovery soon became a passion and a career.

 

That journey, from injured dancer to confident lifter, shapes the way I coach today. I know the frustration of pain and setbacks, and I know the freedom that comes with building strength, balance, and resilience. That is why I founded The Core Collective: to help others create strong foundations, not through quick fixes or aesthetics, but through training that supports confidence, movement, and lifelong health. Whether you are an athlete, former athlete, or simply ready to invest in yourself, I will meet you where you are and guide you forward.
