Service Description

The Baseline Session is your first step in the training process. We’ll look at how you move, your current fitness level, and your goals to identify strengths and areas for growth. From there, I’ll design a personalized plan that fits your needs and lifestyle. This session lays the groundwork for safe, effective training and long-term success.


Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to train with me! Here’s a quick overview to help your sessions run smoothly: Booking: All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Getting Started and Baseline Sessions can be booked online; all other sessions or packages are scheduled directly with me via text, email, or during a previous session. Cancellations: Please give 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. Arrivals: Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may count as a no-show. Payments: Payments are accepted via website, Venmo, or cash. Packages are valid for 30 days. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Communication & Safety: Please inform me of any health concerns or changes. Open communication helps me keep you safe and support your goals.
